Essential Functions
In this position, you will:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive databases to monitor financial performance.
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills and become proficient in various Database Management Systems.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses for project managers.
  • Collaborate closely with program managers to identify and analyze cost variances.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and financial regulations.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with relevant experience in financial analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with cost accounting practices.
  • Experience in budget management and financial reporting.
  • Ability to analyze performance trends and provide actionable insights.

Physical Requirements
This role may require:
  • Occasional site visits and the ability to navigate various environments.
  • Physical activities such as lifting, walking, and sitting for extended periods.

Working Relationships
You will report directly to the Contracts Manager and work closely with planners, estimators, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Accountability
You will be responsible for the accuracy of financial reports and analytics, contributing to effective program cost management and stakeholder communication.
