Energy One America is in search of a Construction Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Operations Accountant to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in financial management and operational support within the construction field.

Primary Duties:

  • Accounts Payable (AP):
  • Manage invoice processing for construction-related projects and general expenses
  • Ensure proper approvals and coding for all invoices
  • Reconcile vendor statements accurately
  • Assist in month-end closing activities related to AP
  • Payroll:
  • Oversee payroll processing for construction personnel
  • Verify and maintain timekeeping records
  • Generate payroll reports and summaries
  • Keep precise records of payroll transactions
  • Operations Accounting:
  • Administer financial components of construction projects
  • Deliver financial insights and strategic recommendations
  • Monitor and evaluate costs associated with various projects

General Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate effectively with HR and project teams
  • Support audit processes and prepare comprehensive financial reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, payroll, and operational accounting
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and compliance standards
  • Strong attention to detail and precision
  • Excellent communication abilities
