The University of Cincinnati is seeking a qualified individual for the role of Chair of the Division of Pharmacy Practice and Administrative Sciences. This full-time, 12-month, tenure-track position is designed for an accomplished professional with a strong background in clinical practice and pharmacy education.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. **Leadership in Scholarship**: Provide guidance and support for scholarly activities and funding initiatives within the division.
2. **Teaching Excellence**: Foster a culture of high-quality teaching and learning.
3. **Service Contributions**: Engage in service activities that benefit the college and the broader community.
4. **Practice Advancement**: Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing practice and advancing the profession.
5. **Faculty Development**: Oversee recruitment, evaluation, and retention of faculty members, ensuring equitable workloads and professional growth opportunities.
6. **Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with faculty to develop and assess the strategic plan for the division and the college.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess an earned Pharm.D. and/or Ph.D. degree (or equivalent), with prior residency or fellowship training and Board certification being desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a strong publication record and effective teaching abilities, along with a commitment to student success and service to the profession.
