About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Risk Analyst to join our team at American International Group. As a key member of our underwriting team, you will play a critical role in analyzing and evaluating risk to ensure the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and evaluate risk to determine the likelihood of loss or damage
  • Develop and implement underwriting strategies to minimize exposure and maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with management, brokers, and clients to negotiate and finalize contracts
  • Participate in marketing initiatives to drive portfolio strategies and improve company results
  • Identify opportunities for growth within new and existing production sources
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience in commercial insurance
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • Demonstrated sales, marketing, and relationship building experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
