Role Overview
As a Lead Risk Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in refining our risk management framework. Your expertise will be essential in identifying, evaluating, and quantifying risks, thereby influencing strategic decision-making within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct comprehensive Business Impact Analyses and Risk Analyses.
2. Evaluate the likelihood and impact of identified risks.
3. Monitor and report metrics associated with the Third-Party Risk Management program.
4. Develop a robust program that connects assets, risks, and controls, enhancing risk-related policies and procedures.
5. Expand the team's knowledge in risk management, providing insights to executive leadership.
6. Enhance understanding of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery for essential systems and processes.
7. Lead initiatives to streamline Business Impact Analyses, improving overall program efficiency.
8. Formulate and execute strategies for risk identification and management, mentoring junior analysts.
