In this role, you will be responsible for leading talent development and driving growth across the Account Executive Local Practice. You will report to the Resident Managing Director and the National Account Executive Practice Leader, and be accountable for delivering retention and rollover goals for the office, as well as new business from the Account Executive Local Practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support Account Executives in aligning with the Aon Leadership Model
* Educate Account Executives and Account Specialists on client management, risk management, insurer interface, and Aon resources, processes, and tools
* Help Account Executives marshal appropriate Aon resources to support retention and sales efforts and to assist clients
* Drive and monitor the implementation of the entire Client Promise cycle, ensuring adherence to Client Promise Methodology, particularly the key elements of the renewal process
* Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to drive Account Executive efforts on new and penetration sales, including collaboration with originators
* Work closely with the Resident Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer to lead critical best practice client management efforts, including Strategic Account Review, Fee Discipline, and Client Return to Profitability Planning
Requirements:
* Typically, at least 7-10 years of appropriate insurance experience, coupled with managerial ability
* Strong project and account team management experience, and strong negotiation skills
* In-depth working knowledge of the insurance business and the assigned clients' needs, as well as all major lines of business
* Proficiency in PC office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Evidence of ability to become proficient in the use of Aon specific software tools
Education:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with Risk and Insurance Management/Business related curriculum preferred
Broker License:
* CPCU, CIC, or ARM preferred

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $210,000-$275,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicants education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicants geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in Aon's annual incentive plans in addition to base salary. The amount of any incentives varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
Aon offers a comprehensive package of benefits for full-time and regular part-time colleagues, including, but not limited to: a 401(k) savings plan with employer contributions; an employee stock purchase plan; consideration for long-term incentive awards at Aon's discretion; medical, dental and vision insurance.
