We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at ProspectBlue. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of the unique financial needs of influencers and content creators
  • Pitch our services to leads through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Create and present customized proposals to prospective clients
  • Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close deals
  • Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and sales activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and develop sales strategies
  • Travel and attend influencer-focused conferences and events 2-3x per year
Qualifications:
  • 2 or 4 year degree in Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in a service-based industry
  • Extremely strong communication, charisma, and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools (Hubspot is a plus)
  • Quick learner to understand and answer questions related to accounting, business formation, and more in relation to content creators
  • Ability to travel to multiple conferences each year
