Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at KADCON CORPORATION. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, interacting with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Oversee all aspects of project management, including contract administration, performance monitoring, billing, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout phases.
  • Lead and mentor junior project managers and staff to ensure their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Project software applications.
