Job Description:You will work with our customers on technical support issues and collaborate with the Technical Operations team responsible for running our global distributed network. This is a position where you will learn about Cloudflare's technology and gain a deeper understanding of internet technologies.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:- You have previous experience working in a customer-facing role and solving DNS and networking-related problems.
- You understand how the Internet works and have experience with Identity and Access Management protocols and technologies.
- You are comfortable communicating through various support channels and always put the customer first.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 per year. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
