Job Overview

Business Analyst - Skill Level 3:

Key Responsibilities (Emerging Commercial GEOINT Systems):

  • Offers advanced expertise and consultation in the areas of GEOINT and the Intelligence Community, covering engineering, technology, policy, administration, planning, analysis, and training related to emerging technologies.
  • Oversees products and services, ensuring compliance with specified requirements through rigorous testing and measurement activities, while facilitating quality assurance efforts and collaborating with senior specialists.
  • May supervise contractor personnel engaged in GEOINT-related activities.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a specific intelligence functional area or extensive experience across various markets, including Government and Industry.
  • Experience in coordinating contractor activities within the GEOINT domain.
  • Ability to work with the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) to integrate solutions into the GEOINT Enterprise Architecture (GEA).
  • Experience in managing commercial GEOINT utilization and architecture advancement across NSG, Allied System for Geospatial Intelligence (ASG), and third-party partnerships.
  • Proficient in integrating new data sets across classified and unclassified domains for both US Government and Allied systems.
  • Experience in securing and integrating new commercial GEOINT data and service capabilities to support various initiatives.
  • Skilled in understanding stakeholder operational and strategic needs while maintaining engagement with NSG and the Global GEOINT Enterprise.
  • Participated in the testing, evaluation, and validation of commercial GEOINT sources to ensure compliance with Government specifications and project commitments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Relevant GEOINT certifications.
  • Familiarity with applicable GEOINT tools, methodologies, or best practices.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • 8 years of professional experience.
  • 6 years of specialized experience.
  • Academic degrees may substitute for years of experience, and vice versa, provided they align with the required career field.

Security Clearance Requirement:

  • Must possess an active TS SCI clearance and be willing to undergo a polygraph examination if necessary.
