Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform business analysis to ascertain organizational goals and requirements.
  • Gather, assess, and formulate business and functional specifications.
  • Clarify and articulate requirements to stakeholders and development teams.
  • Simplify technical concepts and refine requirements, oversee testing phases, manage change requests, and assist in the governance of project scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with clients to prioritize requirements and assist in creating conceptual prototypes and mock-ups. Validate that the software solutions meet the established requirements.
  • Ensure the accuracy of previously gathered requirements through thorough testing.
  • Employ MCDS (Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Specialty) expertise to cleanse, transform, and prepare data for analytical purposes.
  • Implement AI/ML methodologies to detect trends, forecast outcomes, and automate processes.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at various levels, utilizing clear visuals and presentations.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in data analysis, particularly advancements in AI and ML.
  • Work alongside data engineers and scientists to guarantee data integrity and accessibility.
  • Participate in the formulation and execution of data governance policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years in supporting SDLC environments utilizing tools such as .Net Framework, Visual Studio, HTML 5, CSS, JSON, XML, and SQL Server.
  • Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Specialty (MCDS) certification is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or software/computer engineering is preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of mobile testing tools, cloud services, and principles, methods, and tools related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering data-driven solutions that enhance business performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a creative and critical thinking approach.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, both written and verbal.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts and their applications in a business context.
  • Familiarity with data governance principles is advantageous.
