Night Operations Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Operations Department Supervisor to join our team at Lowe's. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and enabling a team of associates to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and enable a team of associates to deliver quality customer service and maintain a clean, safe, and stocked store environment.
- Collaborate with front-end and back-end operations associates to ensure efficient inventory management and adequate department coverage.
- Monitor and coach employees on safe behaviors and lifting techniques, ensuring compliance with safety and lifting requirements.
- Plan, schedule, and successfully implement all non-selling operations in the back end and front end of the store, driving efficiencies and maximizing sales and profitability.
- Communicate effectively with other Department Supervisors and Assistant Store Managers to determine the most effective methods for meeting service, operations, and safety objectives.
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in a retail environment OR 5 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Experience providing direction or supervision to teams (with or without direct report responsibility).
- Experience supporting or participating in the process of training, mentoring, and developing associates.
- Experience working cross-functionally and using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to obtain sales-related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
- Experience supporting front-end or back-end operations in a retail environment.
- Experience in customer service role.
- Experience in a leadership role with direct report responsibility.
- Experience working in the home improvement retail sector.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
