Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Device Operator to join our team at Rose International. As a key member of our production cell, you will be responsible for the assembly, testing, and quality control of medical devices.

Responsibilities
  • Perform assembly, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies.
  • Work under close supervision to ensure high-quality production and adherence to standardized procedures.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Manufacturing Supervisor/Manager to set and monitor individual goals and cell performance metrics.
  • Support all Divisional initiatives and regulatory requirements, including Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS).
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures; understand and follow verbal instructions.
  • Understanding of and ability to utilize electronic data collection systems and computer software packages.
  • Ability to prioritize work by determining the sequencing and timing of different jobs based on precedence and importance.
  • Ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts.
  • Ability to make critical decisions and judgments with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrates a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
