Audiology Department Manager

The Audiologist Supervisor is a key member of our audiology team, responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the department. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with physicians, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage the clinical workflow to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Coordinate with physicians and audiologists to increase clinical outpatient services and maximize productivity.
- Manage a small practice of audiologists and maintain a caseload.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve patient flow and referral processes.
- Master's degree in Audiology or Au.D.
- Active Audiology licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A).
- Five years of experience in audiology, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret information.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
