Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of radiation therapists and administrative staff
  • Ensure quality of procedures performed in Radiation Therapy
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals
Requirements
  • Completion of a 2-year accredited program in Radiation Therapy and registration through A.R.R.T. or licensure by the State of Maine
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of physics, anatomy, and physiology, techniques, procedures, and equipment involved with radiation therapy
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
