Key Responsibilities:- Manage and direct employees to achieve planned productivity, load average, and service targets.
- Implement security and loss prevention procedures to protect our assets and customers.
- Develop and manage safety procedures in accordance with Company, OSHA, and DOT guidelines.
- Work with Central Dispatch to develop a linehaul plan that meets our service standards.
- Schedule employees to meet our service requirements and company run bid process.
- U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be at least 18 years old
