Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct employees to achieve planned productivity, load average, and service targets.
  • Implement security and loss prevention procedures to protect our assets and customers.
  • Develop and manage safety procedures in accordance with Company, OSHA, and DOT guidelines.
  • Work with Central Dispatch to develop a linehaul plan that meets our service standards.
  • Schedule employees to meet our service requirements and company run bid process.
Requirements:
  • U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must be located in the same geographic area as the position or willing to self-relocate
  • Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and communication skills
