Customer Success Manager

BlastOne International is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, product adoption, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure exceptional service and support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and drive business growth.
- Develop and execute customer success plans to achieve revenue targets and improve customer retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
- Conduct regular customer success reports to ensure customers are optimizing our products and services.
- 5+ years of experience in industrial equipment sales or service.
- Proven track record of success in customer-facing roles, with a focus on account growth and retention.
- Strong knowledge of heavy industrial solutions and blasting processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
