- Act as a single point of contact for clients, coordinating the resolution of service incidents and escalating technical issues as needed.
- Collaborate with sales and support teams to identify opportunities for expanded support business and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement account plans and contact plans to ensure alignment with client business strategies.
- Manage sales support resources and work with internal stakeholders to create and deliver propositions that meet client needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitive products to identify and target sales opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, marketing, or business.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in client-facing roles and/or the financial industry.
- Ability to work in our Columbus, Georgia office twice per week.
