Customer Success Manager - Industrial Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Insight Global. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large industrial solutions accounts to drive customer satisfaction, successful product use, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular communication and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Maintain a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal.
  • Drive increased revenue through increased product adoption and usage.
  • Conduct regular customer success reports to ensure customers optimize our product/service and meet their goals.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role or senior customer support role.
  • Industry experience in Industrial Solutions, Operations, Maintenance, Manufacturing, etc.
  • Experience working with equipment sales or similar industries.
  • Experience with scheduling, tracking parts, orders, and providing updates to customers.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

  • Salary ranging from $95K-$125K depending on experience, plus bonus.
