Customer Success Manager

A Customer Success Manager is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, successful product use, and retention in a set of large accounts.
As the primary point of contact, you will understand customer success criteria, address questions, resolve issues, and serve as a trusted advisor to each customer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong, long-term relationships with customers through constant communication and efficient issue resolution.
- Working closely with Sales, Support, Billing, and technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintaining a revenue base by managing account retention and renewal.
- Driving increased revenue through increased product adoption and usage.
- Becoming an expert in blasting processes and equipment, and educating customers on their use and benefits.
- Conducting regular customer success reports to ensure customers optimize our product/service, issues are resolved proactively, and customer goals are met.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience.
- 3+ years in a similar role as customer success manager or senior customer support role.
- Industry experience in Industrial Solutions, Operations, Maintenance, Manufacturing, etc.
- Experience working with equipment sales or similar industries.
- Experience with scheduling, tracking parts, orders, and providing updates to customers.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
