Service Advisor

United Motorsports of Richmond is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to drive our customer satisfaction and service excellence. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with strong communication skills to ensure seamless interactions between customers and technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, actively listen to their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
- Maintain effective relationships with the technician team to ensure efficient workflow and prompt issue resolution.
- Communicate warranty information, cost-saving options, and trade-in advantages to customers.
- Oversee the dealership's workflow by managing schedules for in-house services and porter operations.
- Notify customers about service requirements, technician upsells, and unit completion.
- Foster positive customer relationships to secure repeat business.
Requirements and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience as a Service Advisor or similar role.
- Self-motivation, strong customer service skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Deep understanding of the powersports industry, including technology and maintenance requirements.
- Proficiency in industry-specific software (Lightspeed).
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, organizational abilities, and decision-making expertise.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Service Advisor.
