Job Overview

United Motorsports of Richmond is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to drive our customer satisfaction and service excellence. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with strong communication skills to ensure seamless interactions between customers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers, actively listen to their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
  • Maintain effective relationships with the technician team to ensure efficient workflow and prompt issue resolution.
  • Communicate warranty information, cost-saving options, and trade-in advantages to customers.
  • Oversee the dealership's workflow by managing schedules for in-house services and porter operations.
  • Notify customers about service requirements, technician upsells, and unit completion.
  • Foster positive customer relationships to secure repeat business.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Service Advisor or similar role.
  • Self-motivation, strong customer service skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Deep understanding of the powersports industry, including technology and maintenance requirements.
  • Proficiency in industry-specific software (Lightspeed).
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, organizational abilities, and decision-making expertise.
  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Service Advisor.
