Powersports Industry Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at United Motorsports of Richmond. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Built strong relationships with technicians to facilitate smooth workflow and timely issue resolution.
- Inform customers about warranty benefits, cost savings, and trade-in options.
- Manage service schedules for both in-dealership services and porter operations.
- Keep customers updated on service requirements, technician suggestions, and vehicle completion.
- Nurture long-term customer relationships to secure repeat business.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Service Advisor or similar role.
- Strong self-motivation, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
- In-depth knowledge of the powersports industry, including technical aspects and maintenance requirements.
- Proficiency in Lightspeed software.
- Superior communication and organizational skills, with ability to make informed decisions.
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Service Advisor.
Compensation: Estimated salary range $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
