About the Role

Fiserv is a global leader in payments and financial technology, and we're seeking a highly skilled Commercialization Manager to join our team. As a key member of our SMB Product Commercialization team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through effective commercialization strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of SMB product commercialization strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the SMB market, and develop insights to inform commercialization strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather data, insights, and information for inclusion in presentations, reports, and other commercialization materials.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including bank partners, to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
  • Assist in the development and execution of SMB launch plans, including the creation of effective communication materials and sales enablement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of strategy or financial analyst positions related experience in an investment banking or management consulting firm.
  • Strategy experience with an emphasis on business growth strategy.
  • Ability to travel up to 10-20%, primarily internal travel.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel skills, including strategy and financial presentation development.
  • Understanding and knowledge of business financial practices and accounting.
  • Experience in data-driven management, metrics, and reporting.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to understand complex business concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to build consensus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to interact at all levels of the clients from C-level to technical and operation levels.
  • Solid thought leadership and the ability to influence others through collaborative efforts.
  • An ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of constituencies.
  • Strong results orientation with demonstrated track record of success to effectively complete tactical activities.
  • A high degree of adaptability and flexibility to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
