Serenity Healthcare is a mission-driven organization dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. As a Patient Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in connecting communities with life-saving treatment options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with patients through active listening, empathy, and a positive attitude to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and their healthcare providers to facilitate seamless care coordination.
  • Utilize computer-based information systems to record patient information, schedule appointments, and request medication refills.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a high-volume customer service industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills, and previous experience working with computer-based information systems.

About Serenity Healthcare:

We offer a competitive benefits package, including above-market compensation, insurance benefits, and opportunities for advancement. Our office hours are 6am-8pm, Monday to Friday, and 7am-7pm on Saturdays, with flexible shift options.
