Position Overview:
This role involves various responsibilities aimed at enhancing patient experiences and ensuring smooth operations within the healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments effectively.
2. Greet patients upon arrival and oversee their wait times.
3. Conduct check-in and check-out procedures, including insurance verification and document management.
4. Collect co-payments and issue receipts as necessary.
5. Handle walk-in patients and visitors with professionalism.
6. Maintain and organize medical records, ensuring proper documentation and correspondence management.
7. Foster positive relationships with patients, staff, and the community.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned, including maintaining common areas.

Work Environment:
This position may require local travel for meetings or to support other clinic locations.

Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare environment
- Familiarity with office procedures and Microsoft applications
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus
- Previous medical office experience

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and customer service abilities, both in-person and over the phone.
