Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, lead, and develop a team of Wireless Sales Professionals to achieve sales and business targets.
- Inspire and motivate your team to meet or exceed established sales and reporting targets.
- Conduct daily field visits and maintain a visible presence within the market to ensure excellence.
- Analyze performance data and regularly report on wireless store strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
- Foster professional and productive relationships with in-store management and associates.
- Minimum of two years of quota-based sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
- Sales Management experience preferred.
- Wireless, consumer electronics, or related sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written required.
- Salary + uncapped commission/monthly store bonuses.
- Full benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision, company-paid life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) program, and generous Paid Time Off (PTO) program.
