District Sales Manager

At Palo Alto Networks, we're committed to protecting our digital way of life. As a District Sales Manager, you'll play a critical role in building and driving regional major account sales teams to exceed company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Build a high-performance sales culture that delivers results in bookings, sales development, and forecast accuracy.
- Mentor and develop team members to accomplish individual and organizational goals.
- Track sales activity, provide sales projections, and create and analyze metrics.
- Empower clients to meet their cybersecurity needs and drive solutions selling.
- Sales experience and management experience, preferably handling both quotas carrying and lead generation inside sales teams.
- Enterprise sales experience required, with a strong background in networking or network security industries.
- Experience with channel and partner sales models.
- Able to learn new technology quickly and adapt to changing needs.
- A competitive compensation package, including a base salary and commission target.
- Restricted stock units and a bonus.
