Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at AirPipe-USA LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research and networking
  • Present products and services to customers and prospects to drive sales growth
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Conduct training and coaching on sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity within your assigned territory

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Territory Sales Manager or similar role
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and use performance KPIs
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and leadership ability
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Pipe industry and fittings knowledge or experience is a plus
  • 50% travel required
