Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team at AirPipe-USA LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales plans to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research and networking
- Present products and services to customers and prospects to drive sales growth
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Conduct training and coaching on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity within your assigned territory
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Territory Sales Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and use performance KPIs
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and leadership ability
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Pipe industry and fittings knowledge or experience is a plus
- 50% travel required
