Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Lead to join our Process Improvement and Project Management team. As a key member of our team, you will lead all aspects of global program management related to Workplace Operations process improvements to achieve targeted outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Program Management: Serve as the global program lead for targeted transformations and deliver new and innovative capabilities in support of operational excellence and business needs.
  • Change Management: Address and solution resistance to change effectively and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Training and Development: Develop and provide training, support, and resources to business groups to facilitate the adoption of changes and ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and lead process improvement strategies: Design and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across all business units and processes.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities to enhance current methodologies to be cost-effective.
  • Process Understanding: Develop a holistic understanding of how teams and existing processes work by learning how changes in one process may impact other parts of the business.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside differing business partners to develop programs and enhancements that meet the organization's best practices.
  • Data Analysis: Collaborate with different business teams to develop quantitative data that aids in the ROI that can be presented on a monthly basis to leadership.
  • Industry Trends: Stay informed on the industry trends on tooling and processes to ensure operational efficiency for the organization.
  • AI and Digital Tools: Partner with business groups to identify areas of deep learning and artificial intelligence and where they can be most appropriate for the business' needs.
  • Coaching and Training: Provide coaching and training to team members and employees on digital tools, process improvement methodologies, and change management approaches.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors' degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in operations.
  • Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of operational processes and workflows.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain relationships with trust and credibility amongst internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Process Improvement: Proven track record and experience in driving process improvement, management and completion of critical projects, and delivering sustainable solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills to influence a variety of audiences.
  • Self-Driven: Self-driven engagement with excellent follow-through skills.
  • Mission Critical: Ability to work in a mission critical environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Virtual Work: Ability to work virtually.
  • Resourcefulness: Resourceful and approachable with the ability to influence and lead significant change.
  • Flexibility: Flexible working hours to accommodate East, West and International hours to meet the business' needs and relationships.
  • Continuous Education: Continuous education relevant in the field of process improvement.

  • Global Management: Global management experience.
  • Global Teams: Experience in working with global teams for a globally facing organizations across several platforms.
  • Artificial Intelligence: Foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong Presentation skills.
  • Microsoft Suite: Proficient with Microsoft Suite Products.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Salary Range

Salary range: $110,000 - $145,000 (bonus eligible)
