Key Responsibilities
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement standard operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document Management: Lead document management workflows, coordination, and adjudication to ensure seamless information exchange.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and inform decision-making, and develop PowerPoint briefings to present findings to senior leadership.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support client and team meetings, prepare agendas, develop meeting minutes, and track actions and deliverables.
  • Research and Development: Conduct research on technical topics as assigned and prepare summary reports of briefings on findings.
  • Documentation and Quality Control: Lead development and management of all program and business office documentation and files, and perform periodic quality control activities, such as peer review of documents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of MS Office Suite and SharePoint, MS Teams, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
  • Ability to clearly communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including strong writing skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
  • Effective problem-solver
  • Work within a cross-functional team toward supporting our client's success
  • This position requires completing a Government background investigation. You must be a US citizen.
