Key Responsibilities- Process Improvement: Develop and implement standard operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Document Management: Lead document management workflows, coordination, and adjudication to ensure seamless information exchange.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and inform decision-making, and develop PowerPoint briefings to present findings to senior leadership.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Support client and team meetings, prepare agendas, develop meeting minutes, and track actions and deliverables.
- Research and Development: Conduct research on technical topics as assigned and prepare summary reports of briefings on findings.
- Documentation and Quality Control: Lead development and management of all program and business office documentation and files, and perform periodic quality control activities, such as peer review of documents.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Strong understanding of MS Office Suite and SharePoint, MS Teams, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
- Ability to clearly communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including strong writing skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
- Effective problem-solver
- Work within a cross-functional team toward supporting our client's success
- This position requires completing a Government background investigation. You must be a US citizen.
