Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough analyses of our business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to design and develop IT solutions that enhance efficiency and improve service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies within Infrastructure domains to leverage their potential for improving operations.
  • Work closely with technology teams and other personnel to ensure their requirements and expectations are met, including regular reporting of progress and solution performance metrics.
  • Maintain awareness of and adhere to rules impacting the solution delivery process, such as compliance regulations, data governance policies, or organizational mandates.
  • Coordinate the entire lifecycle of solution projects, from conceptualization to implementation, handling resources, timelines, and risk mitigation.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in business process analysis, IT solution design, and Infrastructure domains.
  • 1-3 years of experience with Windows Server 2012, 2012R2, 2016, 2022.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong self-management skills, with a high level of initiative and dedication to complete assignments promptly.
  • Ability to build and maintain coordinated working relationships.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify and evaluate problem-solving options.

  • Superb communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of the industry and business.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and ensure project milestones are met.
What We Offer
  • Hybrid schedule with 1-2 times a month on-site at MSK New Jersey (Lyndhurst & Middletown).
  • Reporting to Associate Director, Infrastructure.
  • Competitive pay range: $88,800-$142,200.
