Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate across various departments, representing the needs and interests of your team in company-wide strategic projects and addressing business challenges related to internal processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the comprehensive management of cross-functional projects, including the creation of project plans, engaging stakeholders, and fostering collaboration to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Assessing departmental performance through data collection, analysis, and interpretation, while assisting in the development of departmental metrics and strategies for improvement.
  • Working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to devise proactive implementation and communication strategies for effective change management.
  • Mentoring team members and promoting their professional growth.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, or consulting.
  • At least 2 years of experience utilizing data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end project management for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Experience in designing and enhancing workflows, along with developing associated operational and technical procedures for at least 2 years.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints for at least 2 years.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
  • A combination of a bachelor's degree and relevant experience may also be considered.
