Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will collaborate with various business and technical stakeholders, advocating for departmental needs in broader strategic initiatives and addressing internal process challenges. Your primary focus will be on the design, enhancement, and execution of operational processes aimed at meeting organizational objectives. Key tasks include:

  • Leading comprehensive management of cross-functional projects, which encompasses project planning, stakeholder engagement, and fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Assessing departmental performance through data collection, analysis, and the development of actionable metrics.
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to devise effective implementation and communication strategies for change management.
  • Mentoring team members to support their professional growth and development.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations, health insurance, data analysis, engineering, or consulting.
  • At least 2 years of proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
  • Experience in managing projects from inception to completion for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and enhance workflows and related operational procedures.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.
  • Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree may be considered.
