Key Responsibilities:

  • Create impactful visual representations of metrics to facilitate understanding, enabling executive leadership to interpret insights and make strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, finance teams, and subject matter experts.
  • Deliver on personal work plans with a commitment to high-quality standards and minimal supervision.
  • Support the creation of presentations for executive-level audiences and respond to ad hoc requests as needed.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently while balancing competing priorities.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of consumer financial services, with a clear understanding of performance drivers and decision-making processes.
  • Proficient in financial statements and expense management, with demonstrated skills in Excel-based modeling and analytics.
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical abilities, capable of filtering and validating complex information from various sources.
  • Self-driven and organized, with proven problem-solving capabilities and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Education:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
