About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and tracking executed land contracts and related transactions. You will report to the Legal Department and interact with the Finance/Accounting and Land Acquisition teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter critical dates on land contracts and track changes and updates.
  • Process payment requests.
  • Perform related tasks such as copying, filing, saving, indexing, and organizing transactional documents.
  • Update sales contract forms and data as directed by the Legal Department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate contracts.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated computer skills, including a working knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with a team and respond to time-sensitive requests.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on industry standards and location. You will be part of a dynamic team that values its employees and provides opportunities for growth.
