As a Travel Services Associate, you will work collaboratively to deliver exceptional customer support and solutions within our retail environment. Provide travel-related consumer sales for identity verification products and services.

  • Engage customers around holistic travel solutions, including product sales (e.g., luggage).
  • Welcome all customers and ensure a professional and inviting atmosphere
  • Interact with customers and present products & solutions tailored to their needs
  • Authenticate customer identity, input required documents into the database, and capture passport photos
  • Complete customer fingerprinting, biometric data collection, and necessary paperwork
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment
  • Be adaptable to undertake other responsibilities as needed in the store

Key qualifications and experience:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; capable of operating a keyboard, photocopier, and other office equipment
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to lift/move items weighing between 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods
