Facilitate Travel Government or TSA-related consumer sales for identity-related products and services.

  • Engage customers around comprehensive travel solutions, including product sales (e.g., luggage).
  • Welcome all customers and ensure a professional and inviting atmosphere
  • Interact with customers and present products & solutions tailored to their needs
  • Verify customer identity, scan necessary documents into the database, and take passport photos
  • Complete customer fingerprint images, biometric & data capture processes, and required paperwork
  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment
  • Be adaptable to perform other assigned duties as needed in the store

Key qualifications and experience:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; capable of operating a keyboard, photocopier, and other office equipment
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service
  • Ability to lift/move materials weighing between 10-50 pounds, climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods
