Job Description

We're seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to support the successful execution and logistics of our partnerships with top advertisers and their agencies. As an Account Coordinator, you'll be responsible for campaign-level operations, financial management, reporting, and the development of client-facing materials.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Account Planning Team in campaign execution, including campaign setup, ad operations, reporting, and campaign wrap-up.
  • Manage campaign finance processes and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain client-facing materials, including production timelines, kick-off call decks, and wrap decks.
  • Coordinate creative production, including content delivery and client review/approval.
  • Confirm ad inventory, check avails, reserve holds, and update inventory calendars in real-time.
  • Assist in the development of program studies, including brand lift and sentiment analysis.
  • Populate and maintain internal documents and databases with accurate reporting and final actualized information.
Qualifications
  • 1.5+ years of experience managing campaigns in a media company, agency, or similar industry.
  • Campaign reporting experience, with a strong understanding of social media platforms.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
