Position Summary
Under the guidance of the Marketing Operations Supervisor and Manager, this role focuses on attracting and identifying new patrons for the Wild Card Rewards initiative. The position involves maintaining customer records while upholding the highest standards of data management and guest interaction. Responsibilities include assisting with registrations at the Wild Card Rewards Desk and facilitating mobile sign-ups for guests on the casino floor or off-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to all NJ DGE Regulations and the policies and procedures of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City.
- Identify and engage potential gaming customers at the Wild Card Rewards Desk and throughout the casino. Drive new business by enrolling qualified guests in the Wild Card Rewards program.
- Welcome and interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Promote Hard Rock Hotel & Casino by engaging with guests enthusiastically and helpfully.
- Stay informed about the player tracking system, ongoing promotions, events, entertainment, and general property details.
- Create and distribute Wild Card Rewards Cards while promoting the program and its associated promotions.
- Ensure the accuracy of the database by adhering to strict data entry standards.
- Safeguard customer rewards and personal information.
- Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and alcohol service by discreetly informing management of any concerns.
- Welcome buses as necessary and ensure that the correct offers are loaded onto each patron's Wild Card Rewards Card.
- Assist with promotions, sweepstakes, and giveaways as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of six (6) months of experience in guest services, telemarketing, or retail sales, or a comparable combination of education and experience. Basic computer skills are necessary, including the ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
