Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of software requirements, design specifications, and participate in design reviews.
- Provide advanced engineering support for the CSS-Wx system.
- Engage in system development, testing, integration, and deployment activities.
- Actively participate in system testing and key site evaluations.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in Linux shell scripting for application testing and administration.
- Experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, and SQL.
- Strong background in testing methodologies with the ability to create comprehensive test documentation.
- Ability to design and execute testing activities with minimal guidance.
- Experience in troubleshooting, fault isolation, and system recovery.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with at least 30 semester hours in mathematics, statistics, and computer science, along with 12 years of relevant experience; OR
- Master's degree in any discipline with at least 30 semester hours in mathematics, statistics, and computer science, along with 9 years of relevant experience.
US Citizenship or valid proof of eligibility to work in the US is required. Candidates will undergo a Government investigation and must meet eligibility criteria for Government clearance. Verification of previous employment, education, and references is mandatory. Candidates must be either US citizens or current green card holders residing in the US for the last three consecutive years.
