Starting pay ranges from $21 to $23 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to members by welcoming them to our financial center and providing information about our services.
- Act as a liaison for members, facilitating their convenience through available technology.
- Support member transactions using Interactive Teller Machines and ensure accurate processing of various transactions, including loan payments and cash advances.
- Manage vault operations, including cash shipment verification, balancing, and overall cash management.
- Provide advanced account information and assist with inquiries related to consumer accounts, including IRAs and Trust accounts.
- Conduct account openings, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements and accuracy.
- Collaborate with management to maintain our positive culture while achieving departmental sales objectives.
- Participate in community events and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; one year of sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in banking is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
- NMLS certification must be obtained within six months of employment.
