Ecolab is on the lookout for a motivated business-to-business sales expert to enhance our commercial Specialty Pest Services division and expand our Fumigation offerings. Ecolab Specialty Pest Services delivers innovative solutions to avert and eradicate various pest issues, whether related to the import or export of goods. Our licensed fumigation professionals are strategically positioned at key locations across the U.S. By collaborating with our clients in these sectors, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding their facilities, workforce, and brand integrity during critical times.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new clients to meet annual sales targets.
  • Uncover sales opportunities and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with our service team, corporate account team, and internal partners to implement best practices for resolving customer pest challenges.
  • Establish rapport and nurture relationships with clients and colleagues through professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by guiding and educating clients throughout the sales journey.
  • Stay updated on Ecolab's product and service offerings as well as industry trends to enhance customer success.

Position Overview:

This is a field-based role that may involve significant travel.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
  • A home office equipped with internet access.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage in face-to-face interactions with clients.
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of proven success in business-to-business commercial sales or relevant Ecolab experience.
  • Experience in pest control and/or fumigation sales is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated relationship management and consulting skills.
  • Problem-solving capabilities to identify customer solutions.
  • Proven negotiation and presentation skills.
  • High self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
