Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new customers to meet annual sales targets.
- Uncover sales opportunities and execute effective sales strategies.

- Establish rapport and nurture relationships with clients and colleagues through professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.

Position Overview:
This is a field-based role that may involve significant travel.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- A valid driver's license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
- A home office equipped with internet access.
- Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage in professional face-to-face interactions with clients.
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of proven success in business-to-business commercial sales or equivalent experience at Ecolab.
- Experience in pest control and/or fumigation sales is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated relationship management and consulting skills.
- Problem-solving capabilities to identify customer solutions.
- Proven negotiation and presentation skills.
- High level of self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
