New Generation Mechanical LLC is seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Sales and Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the DFW Metroplex.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the DFW area, establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and track and follow up on all leads.
  • Project Management: Plan, direct, and coordinate budget activities for each project to maximize profit goals, prepare proposals and estimates, and manage work from start to completion.
Requirements
  • Sales and Network: Proven success in sales of HVAC projects in the Commercial Construction marketplace in DFW.
  • Mechanical Knowledge: Thorough working knowledge of the design and construction of mechanical systems, including the ability to read and understand construction plans and specs.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage time well, and complete and prioritize daily activities according to work schedule.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Hardware and Software Knowledge: Proficiency in the use of required computers, software, equipment, materials, and supplies.
