Key Responsibilities- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the DFW area, establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and track and follow up on all leads.
- Project Management: Plan, direct, and coordinate budget activities for each project to maximize profit goals, prepare proposals and estimates, and manage work from start to completion.
- Sales and Network: Proven success in sales of HVAC projects in the Commercial Construction marketplace in DFW.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Thorough working knowledge of the design and construction of mechanical systems, including the ability to read and understand construction plans and specs.

- Hardware and Software Knowledge: Proficiency in the use of required computers, software, equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
