The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector and a solid history of successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform market analysis to uncover potential commercial real estate opportunities.
  2. Establish and sustain robust relationships with property owners, landlords, tenants, and other industry stakeholders.
  3. Assess and interpret property values, market dynamics, and economic factors to provide clients with precise and valuable insights.
  4. Negotiate lease and sales contracts on behalf of clients to secure advantageous terms.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing department to develop engaging property listings and promotional content.
  6. Remain updated on local and national real estate laws, market trends, and industry developments.
  7. Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing journey, offering expert guidance and support.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
  2. Possess an active real estate broker license.
  3. Proven track record in successfully closing commercial real estate transactions.
  4. Strong analytical abilities and capacity to interpret market data effectively.
  5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
