- Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, or leasing journey, offering expert guidance and support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Possess an active real estate broker license.
- Proven track record in successfully closing commercial real estate transactions.
- Strong analytical abilities and capacity to interpret market data effectively.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with real estate software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
