Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new clients to meet annual sales targets.

Position Overview:
This role is primarily field-based and may involve travel.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Home office setup with internet access.
- Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Three years of proven success in business-to-business sales or relevant experience at Ecolab.
- Experience in pest control or fumigation sales is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrated relationship management and consulting skills.
- Problem-solving skills to develop customer solutions.
- Proven negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
