Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new clients to meet annual sales targets.

Position Overview:

This role is primarily field-based and may involve travel.


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Home office setup with internet access.
  • Proficient communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three years of proven success in business-to-business sales or relevant experience at Ecolab.
  • Experience in pest control or fumigation sales is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrated relationship management and consulting skills.
  • Problem-solving skills to develop customer solutions.
  • Proven negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
