Job Overview

Master ConcessionAir, LLC is seeking an experienced Executive Sous Chef to lead the day-to-day operations of our airport restaurant. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings and ensure consistency in food quality.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of kitchen staff.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional culinary experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or airport setting.
  • Proven track record of success in menu planning, inventory control, and staff management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures, with a strong commitment to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
