Key Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and execution of menus, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff, ensuring efficient and safe food preparation and presentation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients and products.
- Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine to create innovative and delicious dishes that meet the expectations of our discerning guests.
- Minimum of 3 years of culinary leadership experience in an upscale dining environment.
- Proven track record of success in menu planning, kitchen operations, and staff management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
