Key Responsibilities: In the role of Seasonal Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining high standards among team members.
  • Providing outstanding customer assistance with a positive attitude.
  • Overseeing product presentation and stocking to create an inviting shopping environment.
  • Maintaining organization in both the sales area and stockroom.
  • Conducting accurate cash register operations and preparing deposits.
  • Efficiently managing cash register transactions.

Work Schedule: The holiday season is bustling, and our ideal candidate should be available for a variety of shifts, including:

  • Black Friday
  • Weekends leading up to the holiday
  • Christmas Eve
  • Days following Christmas

This is a temporary position that will continue through the early part of the new year. Flexibility is essential, as shifts may include evenings and weekends.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a retail setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and team members.
  • A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Availability to work required shifts during peak holiday times.
  • A collaborative spirit, ready to support and lead the team.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to motivate and inspire others.
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
