We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Operations Coordinator. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with customer and government property requirements, providing essential support to multiple customers, and enhancing the site and property organization's procedures and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance and Governance: Maintain Government-approved business systems that are fully compliant with Government, customer, and contractual requirements, as well as pertinent Aerospace policies and procedures.
- Property Management: Support or manage Self-Assessments of the 10 Government Property Management Outcomes identified in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), specifically FAR 45 and
- Collaboration and Communication: Function under minimal direction, guided by specific objectives or statements from contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs), contract deliverables, and outcome metrics.
- Site Support: Support the Sites' Property Coordinators/Custodians.
- Authority and Decision-Making: Act with authority delegated from Site Leader and/or GPSM (Government Property Site Manager) in all functions within Aero site.
- Education and Experience: Requires a bachelor's degree, along with 2 years of directly related experience. In lieu of formal education, a High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years of related experience.
- Knowledge and Skills: Must have knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Familiar with DD1149s, experience with eQuip and/or SAP, and familiar with PIEE.
